To Navigate Career Changes
The days of the linear career are coming to an end. You are not alone if you feel like your career is more fluid than stable. Whether you are changing career direction, moving from being self-employed to employed (or vice versa), coming back from a career break, trying to reskill yourself, hoping to land that dream job, or starting a brand new adventure with your career, our network of career coaching experts can help.

To Find and Gain Practical Experience
A ' learning-by-doing ' approach is the best way to gain new skills. The challenge you may have is finding the right 'learning-by-doing' opportunities, especially as you reach your 30's, 40's and 50's. Practical experience can be formal, such as adult apprenticeships, adult internships and skills boot camps, or informal, such as virtual internships, project-based learning, global immersions, volunteering, or even starting your project. We can advise and connect you to our growing network of practical experience opportunities relevant to your situation or help you create your own work experience projects.
