About ELE Hub
The Experiential Learning and Employability Hub (ELE Hub) is a Community Interest Company that supports individuals aged 18 and over to shape their careers, gain practical experience, and boost their hiring potential.

The Story Behind ELE Hub
ELE Hub began with a question many jobseekers quietly ask themselves:
“Why can’t I land the job I know I’m capable of doing?”
After relocating to the UK, returning from a career break, and pivoting into a new career path all at the same time, our Director, Lauren Fleiser, hit wall after wall in her job search.
Her previous experience didn’t quite match the UK market. Her skills felt out of date. Her CV couldn’t tell the full story of who she was or what she could offer. And despite getting to final interviews, she kept falling just short.
Worse still, each application, cover letter, and interview round required so much time and emotional energy that it slowly chipped away at her confidence.
So she created what she couldn’t find anywhere else.
To rebuild her experience and confidence, she started designing her own projects—spaces to practise real-world skills, update her portfolio, and enable accomplishments to speak about with confidence in interviews. That became the start of ELE Hub. Soon, others—career changers, returners to work, and early-career professionals—began joining in to do the same.
But experience-building alone didn’t solve the whole problem. The job search process itself was overwhelming. So we created a support service that takes the pressure off—because applying for jobs shouldn’t feel like a full-time job in itself.
From that journey came ELE Hub: a place for people just like you to bridge experience gaps, gain confidence, and get practical, human support to land the role you truly deserve.
