2. Eligibility
To use this service, you must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in your target job market. You are responsible for providing accurate and honest information throughout your engagement with us.
3. Payment and Pricing
-
The total cost for the full 3-month support package is £1,295. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice. However, if you have already purchased or signed up for the service, your price will remain as quoted and agreed at the time of purchase. Any future price changes will not affect existing clients who are already receiving the service under a previously confirmed rate.
-
This is a flat fee for up to 3 months of support, regardless of when a job offer is secured.
-
Payment is required in full before services begin, or can be made via an agreed 3 month payment plan through Klarna, subject to Klarna’s terms and conditions including any credit checks and consequences of late payments.
4. Refund and Satisfaction Guarantee
We are confident in the value of our service. However, if within the first month of support you feel that the service has not provided real value, you may request a refund of the remaining balance (i.e., a pro-rata refund for unused months).
To request a refund under this policy:
-
You must submit your request in writing within 30 calendar days of your service start date.
-
Requests made after this 30-day window will not be eligible for refunds.
No refunds are available beyond the first month except as required by applicable consumer law.
5. No Guarantee of Employment
Our service is designed to provide personalised, high-quality support that increases your chances of securing meaningful employment. However, we do not guarantee that you will receive a job offer as a result of using our service.
Success in the job market depends on many factors beyond our control, including market demand, competition, economic conditions, and your personal experience.
We do guarantee that you will receive committed, expert support and that your applications will be tailored, targeted, and professionally presented.
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effectiveness of our support, you agree to:
-
Actively participate in strategy sessions and provide required information in a timely manner.
-
Respond to communications, provide any information requested, and provide any feedback requested.
-
Be honest about your career goals, availability, experience, information provided and qualifications.
Failure to engage in the process may impact the quality and outcome of the service.
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property and Online Portfolio Access
All CVs, cover letters, job applications, and other documents created during your service are your property once delivered. You may use and modify them freely for your own job search purposes.
If we create an online career portfolio for you as part of the service, the content (text) belongs to you. However, the platform used to host your portfolio is a paid service managed by us or our platform partners, and access is included only for the duration of your active support period.
Once the service period ends, access to your online portfolio (including the editing tool and live link) will be deactivated unless you choose to continue access by paying a separate ongoing fee. You may request a copy of the portfolio content (e.g., in PDF or Word format) at no extra cost for your own records.
We reserve the right to retain anonymised versions of materials (excluding personal or identifying details) for internal quality assurance or training unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Use of AI Tools
We may use AI-powered tools to assist with drafting or research elements of your application materials. However, human oversight, editing, and strategy are applied at every step. This is a human-led, not AI-automated, service.
9. Privacy
Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of delivering this service and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from or related to this service is limited to the amount you have paid for the service. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings or employment opportunities.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
