Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Experiential Learning Programmes

1. Nature of the Program
The experiential learning programmes provided by Experiential Learning and Employability Hub C.I.C. (ELE Hub) are educational in nature and designed to offer participants real-world project experience. Participation in these programmes does not constitute employment or work placement, nor does it guarantee job placement, future employment opportunities, or professional accreditation beyond any explicitly stated certifications.

2. Application and Acceptance
An application to the programme does not constitute acceptance. Learners are accepted at the sole discretion of ELE Hub. Payment is required in full or in part if payment terms have been agreed to before a participant is allowed to commence a programme.

3. Liability and Risk
Participants acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their participation in the programme. ELE Hub, its affiliates, and partner organizations shall not be held liable for any injuries, property loss, or other risks associated with participation. By enrolling in the programme, participants waive any claims against ELE Hub for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred during or as a result of their participation.

4. Conduct
Participants are expected to uphold professionalism, collaborate respectfully with team members, and adhere to ethical standards throughout the programme. Unprofessional conduct may result in immediate removal from the programme.

5. Confidentiality
Any confidential information shared within the programme, including but not limited to proprietary project details, must not be disclosed to external parties. Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the programme.

6. No Refund Policy
Payments made for participation in the programme are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in specific terms. Exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of ELE Hub and only in cases where clear and documented extenuating circumstances are provided.

7. Use of Data
Participants acknowledge that their involvement in project work may contribute to learning materials, case studies, or promotional content for ELE Hub. By enrolling, participants grant ELE Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute their contributions for educational or marketing purposes, ensuring reasonable anonymity and protection of sensitive information.

8. Termination
ELE Hub reserves the right to remove any participant from the programme for violations of conduct, failure to adhere to programme policies, or any other behaviour deemed detrimental to the learning environment. Applications can be rejected at any time if we find out that entry requirements have not been met. In cases of termination, no refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated otherwise.

9. Visa Policy
ELE Hub does not issue student visas. Participants require the right to live and work in the United Kingdom to participate in the programme. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their visa or immigration status allows them to participate in the programme.

By enrolling in the programme, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. ELE Hub reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary, with notice provided to enrolled participants.
