Nicola Tully is a seasoned academic with expertise in FE and HE institutions. At the University of Dundee, she is a law lecturer and the Employability and Graduate Skills Lead, as well as a Co-Academic Strategic Lead in the Employability Hub. With a focus on skills development, personal development planning, and reflective practice, she has received recognition for her contributions to employability, including the Student Led Teaching Award for Employability in 2024.

Clare Robertson-Hunt is a seasoned careers adviser with over 24 years of experience. After being made redundant from the Oil Industry, she retrained and qualified as a Career Development professional in Higher Education. Currently at the University of Dundee, she delivers career guidance, leads educational modules, and contributes to institutional projects. Clare's expertise includes one-on-one career coaching, group facilitation, and leadership development. She is a passionate advocate for inclusivity and lifelong learning, and has recently co-authored a research project on enhancing employability support for disabled students. She is actively involved in professional bodies and has received multiple awards for her contributions to education and career development.

Through his work with Digital Action, Ken discovered the importance of preparing candidates for interviews. Mark is the Chief Executive of The Skills Network. He has previously held positions such as Chief Executive of AELP, the exam board OCR, and Principal of Oaklands College. Mark has a wealth of experience in the education field, having also worked at the Department of Education and Skills and served on various boards. He holds qualifications from Cambridge University and KPMG and has a passion for supporting Plymouth Argyle and Boreham Wood, cycling, and his four children. He is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants and the Chartered Institute of Further Education, a freeman and masters award winner of the Worshipful Company of Educators, and a member of the All Souls Group.

Her background includes a pivotal mid-life shift from a successful management career into career development work. After 15 years at Aberystwyth University, she founded Career Alchemy, her career and life coaching practice.
